We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, work email, company name, phone number, and the details you enter when booking a demo or contacting us. We also collect usage data automatically when you interact with our platform, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and session duration. We do not sell your data to third parties under any circumstances.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: respond to your enquiries and demo requests; deliver and improve our software products and services; send product updates, field notes, and relevant announcements (you may unsubscribe at any time); comply with legal obligations; and prevent fraud and ensure platform security. We process your data on the lawful bases of contract performance, legitimate interests, and consent where applicable.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on cloud infrastructure within India or in regions you specify on Enterprise plans (AWS, Azure, or GCP). We implement AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, role-based access controls, and regular penetration testing. Our security practices are aligned with ISO 27001 standards. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required by law, and delete it within 30 days of a verified deletion request.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and maintain session state. With your consent, we use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our website and product. We use no advertising or tracking cookies. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through your browser settings or our cookie settings panel.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with: (a) service providers who help us operate our platform (cloud providers, email delivery, analytics) under strict data processing agreements; (b) professional advisors (lawyers, auditors) bound by confidentiality; and (c) law enforcement or regulators when legally required. We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by applicable law. Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months. Usage logs are retained for 90 days. Anonymised, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement purposes.
8. Children's Privacy
Bizquick is an enterprise B2B platform intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us at privacy@biziquick.com and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
