Terms of Service

Last updated: May 1, 2026. These terms govern your use of all Bizquick products and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Bizquick software product, website, or service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Biziquick Private Limited provides AI-native enterprise software including CRM, ERP, Construction Management, Manufacturing MES, Hospital Management System (HMS), Laboratory Information Management (LIMS), and Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) modules, delivered as cloud-hosted software-as-a-service ("SaaS") and, on Enterprise plans, as on-premise deployments.

3. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@biziquick.com of any unauthorised use. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload or transmit malicious code; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system; (d) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; (e) resell or sublicense the Service without written permission; (f) use the Service to store or process protected health information without an applicable Business Associate Agreement in place.

5. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. If payment fails, we will notify you and provide a 14-day grace period before suspending access. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

Bizquick retains all intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, documentation, trademarks, and trade secrets. You retain all rights in the data you upload to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant Bizquick a limited licence to process Customer Data solely to provide the Service. We will never use your Customer Data to train AI models without your explicit written consent.

7. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. For enterprise customers, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request. We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your data as described in our Security page.

8. Service Availability

We target 99.97% monthly uptime for production environments. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance. In the event of unplanned downtime exceeding agreed SLAs, you may be eligible for service credits as described in your order form. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those expressly stated in your subscription agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bizquick's total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. In no event shall Bizquick be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription upon notice in accordance with the agreed notice period. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, you may request an export of your Customer Data within 30 days; after that period, data will be securely deleted.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India. For customers outside India, we are open to agreeing on alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in the order form.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the changes, you may terminate your subscription before the effective date.
